Survivors Rehabilitation Golf Tournament
Ray and Becky Willenberg and Robert and Susan deRose invite you to join us for an exciting day of golf in support of the Survivors Rehabilitation Fund at Sharp HealthCare Foundation. Play 18 holes of golf at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club and then enjoy a fun-filled awards reception, including dinner and music.
The tournament will be played in a four-player scramble format. Last year's tournament was played in 4 hours and 25 minutes!

Playing in the Tournament
Individual playing spots are $450 and foursomes are $1,800. Sponsorship levels of $20,000, $10,000, $5,000, $2,500 and $1,000 and underwriting opportunities available. The Survivors Rehabilitation Fund
Over the past 28 years, Survivors Rehabilitation Foundation has supported Sharp by providing hundreds of scholarships to traumatic brain injury survivors. Building on this longtime partnership, Survivors Rehabilitation Foundation and Sharp HealthCare Foundation have joined forces to create the Survivors Rehabilitation Fund.
All proceeds from this year’s golf tournament will support Sharp Rehabilitation Services programs, equipment and scholarships to help brain injury patients reach their fullest potential.
